Fluent Foundations: Full Notion setup
For solo tutors and small schools that want to run their work from one organised place. I build a complete Notion workspace around the way you already operate. For a solo tutor, that might bring clients, lessons, resources, invoices and follow-ups together. For a school, it can include student records, lesson planning, shared resources and staff permissions. I’ll set everything up, show you how it works and leave clear documentation. Most projects take two to four weeks.Workflow Fluency: Fix one process
Already using Notion, but one part of your work is still messy or taking too much time? I can rebuild a specific process such as enquiries, enrolment, attendance, parent reporting, lesson planning or content production. A solo tutor might want one place to track enquiries, trial lessons, bookings, payments and follow-ups. A small school might need reliable attendance and reporting across several teachers. We’ll agree on the result, build the workflow and make sure you can run it confidently.Teaching Toolkits: Custom Notion templates
I create custom Notion templates for language teachers, tutors and small schools. These can include lesson planners, learner records, course hubs, resource libraries and lightweight business dashboards. My teaching templates use Paul Nation’s Four Strands as a practical framework. Everything is designed for educators rather than Notion experts, so you won’t need hours of setup or technical knowledge to use it. You can see my public templates at languagelayouts.com.AI Back Office: Agents and automation
Notion’s AI can do much more than help with writing. I build AI agents and automated workflows that use the information already in your workspace to prepare reports, summarise student records, draft follow-ups and flag tasks that need attention. For a solo tutor, this can act like an extra pair of hands behind the scenes. For a small school, it can reduce repetitive work across teachers and administrators. I use these capabilities in my own school, which I manage remotely through Notion.
